Beach School
Beach School is an important part of school life at New Brighton Primary School!
Every class, from Nursery to Year 6, gets to experience learning sessions down on the beach with our Enrichment Co-ordinator, Mr Fox.
Mr Fox has a Level 3 Beach School Qualification and carefully tailors each Beach School session so that it links to specific learning outcomes for every class. Sessions are evolving all the time but have included opportunities to use natural objects to create portraits, searching for and classifying various types of rocks, litter-picking and looking for evidence of micro-plastics and re-creating local landmarks from times gone by.
